Lavis is a fun, easy and sweaty form of exercise based on traditional Finnish open-air dancing and group fitness. Lavis is danced without a partner, so there is no need to worry about getting your toes stepped on. In addition to a great workout, you also learn the basic steps to various dance styles. Lavis classes feature traditional open-air dance styles, such as humppa, jenkka, rock’n’roll/jive, cha-cha and samba.
