The 12 National Performances are one of the highlights of the World Gymnaestrada. During the National Performances, the best performances of the different nations will be presented in 90-minute show programmes. After intense preparations, the individual countries will present their own nation in various ways, taking in all aspects of gymnastics, dance, acrobatics and theatre!
