| As a joint performance from Australia, please join the Woden Valley Gymnastics Club from Canberra and the Mitchelton Youth Club from Queensland for their spectacular performance. The combined performance starts with 'Coming Home' with WVGC gymnasts aged from 6yrs to 75yrs telling their story of a young family immigrating to Australia to make their new home. The performance is WVGC's version of how we wish it could be for all immigrants moving to Australia. The performance highlights the embracing of cultures and welcoming people with a sense of fun, friendship and respect. Then, the combined performance shifts to the Circus with MYC showcasing their routine encompassing many different aspects of gymnastics! The gymnasts range in age and ability, and come from many different gymsport backgrounds. And, to top it all off, the MYC team will be performing on a ladder! | |
| Fun Facts | Some of the older Woden Valley gymnasts, were awarded a silver medal at the World Gym for Life Challenge in Norway in 2017. |
