Gravity Gravity is a natural phenomenon bei which all things with energy are brought towards one another. Gravity is responsible for many of the structures in the Universe, by creating spheres of hydrogen — where hydrogen fuses under pressure to form stars — and grouping them into galaxies. On Earth, gravity gives weight to physical objects and causes the tides. In a community the human being strives for connection, for interpersonal encounter - intensive or fleeting. How we pull us together, or push us away - how we can overcome the Gravity? Please welcome the Showteam Matrix - and enjoy the show! (choreographer: Tina Plötze) Modern Danca, Gymnastics, Acrobatic – all united in a breath-taking show experience by the Showteam Matrix! Coach and choreographer Christina Plötze founded the group Matrix in 2004. Today 32 active women and men between 13-50 are part of Matrix. The showteam is not only an official DTB-Show Group of the German Gymnastics Federation since 2006, but also got chosen to be the Freiburger "Team of the Year" four times and got awarded with the gold medal at all three F.I.G.-Gym for Life World Challenges so far. More than once the team went on tour with the “Badischen” or German Gymnastics Federation and showed their award-winning shows or represented the DTB or DOSB at international events and competitions in foreign countries. The Showteam presents Acrobatic and Dance on the highest level in an unique combination. Gravity Massen werden angezogen - einzelne begegnen sich. Die Gravitation bestimmt unser Handeln und Tun - unser Fallen und Fliegen. Der Mensch strebt nach Verbindung, nach zwischenmenschlichen Begegnungen - flüchtig oder intensiv. Wie ziehen wir uns an, was stößt uns ab und wie überwinden wir die Schwerkraft.… "Ich bin wenigstens der Ansicht, dass die Schwere nichts Anderes ist, als ein von der göttlichen Vorsehung des Weltenmeisters den Theilen eingepflanztes, natürliches Streben, vermöge dessen sie dadurch, dass sie sich zur Form einer Kugel zusammenschliessen, ihre Einheit und Ganzheit bilden."
