| On Sunday, all participants will meet at Birkenwiese – each group will march in wearing their nation’s colours and take up their positions in the stadium. The stadium has now been extended to a capacity of 25,000 so that as many visitors as possible can enjoy the spectacular inaugural show with the “Show your Colours!” motto, involving participants from all over the world. After the Opening Ceremony, the mayors of the surrounding towns and villages will greet the guests in their National Villages as part of the “Colour our Village” motto. The hosts are all eagerly looking forward to welcoming the participants in their villages! |
